Ideally prototype in code and have even shipped code into production- Self-motivated, agile-mindset: you can prioritize and manage trade-offs in a fast paced environment to meet critical project deadlines both independently and as part of a team\n- Experience working solo or with user research teams to conduct user testing, mixed methods research, and usability evaluations\n- Communicative: you demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders\n- You have a strong portfolio of shipped products that showcases your craftsmanship and demonstrates a strong understanding of user-centered, insights-driven design process\n- 3-5 years of experience as a digital product designer shipping products on cross functional teams\n- You have experience designing across platforms and demonstrate an understanding of technical constraints as they apply to each platform (web, iOS, Android)\n- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in design, psychology, computer science, or a related field\n- Data driven: you have exposure collaborating with business and data science stakeholders to ensure that you stay focused on business objectives and to develop metrics that quantify the impact of your work\n- Self-aware: you have a growth mindset, want to learn from the team to better your craft, and have a low-ego approach to working with others\n- Curious and future thinking: you have natural curiosity and perseverance.
