The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, scripting, integrations, workflows, implementation, deployment, and production support, along with excellent client-facing and leadership skills.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers.\n\n- Own technical delivery and provide guidance on ServiceNow solutions.\n\n- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\n\n- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.\n\n- Develop complex workflows and Flow Designer solutions.\n\n- Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and production support.\n\n- Develop integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.\n\n- Manage Update Sets and deployment activities across environments.\n\n- Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, cloning, testing, and release activities.\n\n- Prepare technical documentation, estimates, and solution designs.\n\n- Participate in client discussions, blueprinting workshops, and requirement sessions.\n\n- Conduct knowledge-transfer and technical training sessions.\n\n- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.\n\nMandatory Skills : \n\n- 7+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow experience.\n\n- Hands-on ServiceNow Development.\n\n- Strong JavaScript / Glide scripting.\n\n- Business Rules.\n\n- Client Scripts.\n\n- UI Policies.\n\n- UI Actions.\n\n- UI Scripts / UI Pages.\n\n- Script Includes.\n\n- ACLs.\n\n- Service Portal.\n\n- Service Catalog.\n\n- Workflow / Flow Designer.\n\n- REST & SOAP APIs.\n\n- IntegrationHub.\n\n- Update Sets and deployment.\n\n- ServiceNow upgrades and cloning.\n\n- Production support and troubleshooting.\n\n- Experience in at least one greenfield ServiceNow implementation.\n\n- Strong team leadership and client-facing communication skills.\n\nCertifications : \n\n- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mandatory.\n\n- At least one ServiceNow CIS / Mainline Implementer certification such as : \n\n1.
