This role will directly support the General Manager with various tasks involved in the overall operation of the store. This includes maximizing sales and profitability by developing staff and driving top line sales and controlling expenses through inventory and schedule management.\nEssential Tasks and Responsibilities:\nEnsures outstanding guest service by providing a guest-friendly environment, high standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest services.\nManage all hiring, training and development of all Front of House team members.\nImplements and maintains guest service standards.\nImplementation and management of Three Notch’d Brewing Company initiatives and programs including but not limited to FBC memberships, loyalty programs, and Lifetime Memberships.\nTrain staff to raise the bar on educating the customer as well as upselling techniques.\nPlans and assigns daily goals, tasks and assignments.\nEnsure that all opening, and closing, responsibilities are completed.\nManage bartenders and/or Front of House staff for special events.\nMaintain oversight and compliance for all health, sanitation, liquor, safety and facility matters.\nMaintains adherence to all company policies and procedures.\nOversee all Front of House scheduling.\nToast POS System knowledge, maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting.\nHelp develop relations with local suppliers as it pertains to the bar program to establish craft enhanced cocktails and experiences.\nConduct inventory management on a weekly basis and order product accordingly.\nAbility to move kegs and operate a hand truck.\nOther duties as assigned.\nSupervisory Responsibilities: Provide direction for all front of house staff.\nRequired Qualifications:\n1 year of supervisory or management experience in the hospitality industry.\nVery strong organizational skills.\nStrong communication, interpersonal, and teambuilding skills.\nProven problem-solving skills.\nSelf-starter, proactive, open-minded, positive approach.\nAbility to successfully motivate and coach others.\nHighly effective multi-tasker.\nAbility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.\nCompetent in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote.\nExperience with Restaurant Management Software, such as Toast.\nDesired Qualifications:\nA Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Brewing or related discipline\nTIPS or RSVP Certified\nServSafe Manager Certified\nWork Environment:\nFront of House.\nModerate to loud noise levels.\nOccasionally encounter extreme temperature changes.\nEquipment Used:\nPOS System\nTelephone\nComputer\nTravel Requirements:\nModerate Travel (\nLifting Requirements:\nAble to occasionally lift up to 130 pounds.\nPhysical Requirement:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to endure on a daily basis, walking, standing, sitting, kneeling, and crouching.\nThree Notch’d Brewing Company is an equal opportunity employer.
