AI is embedded in how we work across the business, helping us increase speed, improve quality and operate at scale.\nSalary: $45,000\nFull-time/WFH\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for a Customer Community & Enablement Manager o build strong relationships with Threecolts customers, grow engagement across our communities and help customers get the most value from our products.\nThis is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on community management, product education, live training and customer advocacy.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and grow engagement across Threecolts and Seller 365 customer communities.\nHost live customer education sessions, webinars, workshops and product demonstrations.\nCreate helpful educational content, including tutorials, FAQs, onboarding guides and product walkthroughs.\nBuild strong customer relationships and encourage participation in events, research, betas and advocacy.\nGather customer feedback, identify recurring challenges and share insights with internal teams.\nRecruit and coordinate customers for product testing, research and feedback programmes.\nRepresent Threecolts confidently on customer calls, video and at virtual or in-person events.\nWork closely with Education, Customer Care, Product and Innovations to improve the customer experience.\nQualifications\nExperience in community management, customer education, customer success or a similar role.\nConfident presenting, hosting webinars and delivering product training.\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills.\nAbility to quickly learn software products and explain technical features simply.\nExperience creating customer-facing educational content.\nProactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities.\nComfortable appearing on camera and engaging directly with customers.\nExperience in ecommerce, marketplace selling or SaaS is a plus.\nFamiliarity with AI tools is an advantage.\nVideo editing skills\nWhat Success Looks
