We are looking for energetic and adaptable candidates to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who likes to be busy, enjoys working with people, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to every shift. Experience with FANUC robots and Robodrill machining centers is highly desired. \nSummary\nThe Machine Operator will set up and operate a variety of machining equipment.\nEssential Functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\nSet up and operate machining centers, including punch presses and press brakes\nInstall and adjust tooling, including dies, cutters, and fixtures\nRead and interpret blueprints and instructions to ensure accurate production\nInspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure specifications are met\nFollow all safety procedures and company policies\nRequirements\nQualifications\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Vocational school education a plus\nMinimum three years of experience operating machining equipment (punch presses, press brakes, or similar)\nExperience setting up tooling and making adjustments\nPreferred experience includes operation of Ehrts, Fanuc Robots, Fanuc RoboDrill machining centers, and Bystronic Press Brakes\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings\nLanguage Skills\nAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.\nMathematical Skills\nAbility to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
