They will communicate with internal personnel and customers regarding delivery status, expedites, returned product, pricing, etc. to effectively service customers. They will efficiently handle through various selling techniques, sales inquiries, pricing, and availability with the objective of obtaining new business.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\nResponds to customer sales inquiries by telephone, email, or chat to provide problem resolution\nResolves complex or unusual requests and problems for a portfolio of customers in a tactful and expeditious manner\nQuotes standard products within Company’s product mix for current customers\nEnters orders within ERP system and processes all additional paperwork required\nProvides updates to other internal teams on customer needs and concerns to achieve sales team’s goals. Attends all necessary calls and meetings to ensure customer satisfaction\nUnderstands and supports established sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to customers\nRequirements\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nEducation and/or experience\n2+ years of experience in a customer service role\nAssociates degree or equivalent combination of experience and product knowledge\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\nExperience using CRM systems a plus\nBilingual speaking with Spanish preferred\nLanguage Skills\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.\nMathematical Skills\nAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.\nReasoning Ability\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
