The Team Leader is responsible for the direct supervision of the therapy team in order to ensure quality service delivery to members, functioning as the senior clinician or “player coach” of the team.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nProvides leadership and modeling of evidence-based practices and recovery that ensures program implementation according to the fidelity scales as well as SAMSHA and CCBHC guidelines.\nProvides training, supervision and support to the therapists.\nProvides individual and group supervision. Follows agency standards regarding clinical supervision.\nConducts individual therapy sessions with caseload of 10-13 individuals.\nCarries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.\nMonitors all required paperwork and maintains the quality and validity of individual case records according to the standards of CARF, Medicare, Medicaid, SAMHSA, DMH, SUPR, IDOA, and agency policies. Assures all assigned paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely fashion.\nCollaborates effectively with community partners and designated collaborating agencies.\nCollaborates with administrative team and quality department to ensure continuous quality improvement and the collection of accurate and timely reporting of all data.\nGathers member information and assesses the need for service, makes recommendations for treatment, identifies and investigates existing natural resources and supports, explains options available to the member and assists in the application process.\nMonitors member attendance and/or occupancy on the team so that case assignments, transitions and closures are handled effectively and efficiently.\nAssists with special tasks as assigned, including but not limited to: representing the agency at meetings, conferences, supervising students/interns, orienting and training new staff.\nConducts annual evaluations in a timely manner for all team staff. Develops specific goals and objectives, and provide the method and opportunity for each team staff to succeed in their professional development.\nParticipates in the hiring sequence of the agency, and makes recommendations on the hiring or termination of team staff.\nOther duties as assigned.\nMARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nAbility to work 1-2 evening shifts per week.\nEDUCATION\nMaster’s degree in social work, counseling or closely related field is required.\nEXPERIENCE\nFive (5) years clinical experience providing therapy preferred.\nLeadership experience preferred.\nStrong interpersonal skills and knowledge of group dynamics required.\nComputer proficiency, including the ability to use email, navigate and enter notes into electronic medical records and working knowledge of pertinent software.\nSKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS\nLCSW or LCPC is required.\nPossesses a strong working knowledge of clinical interventions, evidence-based practices, and trauma modalities.\nStrong communication skills with ability to effectively converse and listen to others and construct clear and concise written communication.\nExperience developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with community stakeholders.\nWHAT SETS THRESHOLDS APART\nCompetitive pay -Salary Range: $73,400 - $77,070 Annually\n $5,000.00 Sign on Bonus!\nBased on relevant supervisory experience\n\nGenerous PTO (9 federal holidays, 8 days of sick leave, 15-22 days personal and vacation)\nDental insurance, vision insurance, choice of 3 medical insurance plans\n403(b) retirement plan with 3% employer match \nRobust employee assistance program (EAP) \nPublic service loan forgiveness \nThresholds is a mission-driven agency with a deep commitment to fostering an environment where all feel valued and respected, a place where every employee can be themselves, thrive, and support the agency’s mission.
