Now we're ramping up marketing, with the goal of top 5 globally in the next 12 months.\nThrill was founded by an operator who previously built and exited a business in this space at an $850M valuation.\nAbout the role\nWe are looking for a Senior IT Engineer to take ownership of our internal IT operations and support more than 100 globally distributed employees.\nBased in Tallinn, you will be responsible for the systems, devices, access, and tooling that allow our teams to work securely and efficiently. You will work closely with our DevOps and infrastructure team, while independently owning day-to-day corporate IT operations across the company.\nThis is a hands-on role with broad ownership. You will manage everything from onboarding and offboarding to identity and access, endpoint management, SaaS administration, employee support, and IT automation.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nOwn the full employee IT lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and role changes across company systems and applications.\n\nProvision approved access, revoke accounts and active sessions, and ensure ownership of business data and resources is transferred correctly when employees leave or change roles.\n\nAdminister Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, Google SSO, MFA, and hardware security keys, including YubiKey enforcement for access to critical systems.\n\nDeploy, configure, and maintain MDM for macOS and Windows, including device configuration, application deployment, OS updates, compliance policies, and troubleshooting.\n\nResearch, pilot, and maintain endpoint security for critical roles, with technical guidance from DevOps/security.\n\nProvide reliable remote IT support to employees across different locations and time zones.\n\nMaintain clear internal documentation, troubleshooting guides, and repeatable IT processes.\n\nAutomate recurring IT administration and support tasks using scripts, APIs, and integrations.\n\nMaintain the company's SaaS inventory, coordinate periodic access reviews with application owners, reclaim unused licenses, and track renewals.\n\nManage workplace-tool settings, external sharing controls, permissions, and business-data recovery procedures.\n\nProvide remote support for basic office networking, including routers, Wi-Fi, connectivity troubleshooting, and ISP coordination.\n\nWhat You’ll Need:\n5+ years of experience in corporate IT, systems administration, IT operations, or a similar hands-on role.\n\nAbility to independently own corporate IT operations and confidently troubleshoot unfamiliar issues.\n\nStrong practical experience supporting both macOS and Windows environments, ideally within a distributed or remote-first company.\n\nHands-on experience deploying and operating an MDM solution, including staged rollouts, policy configuration, troubleshooting, and recovery from failed or incorrect policies.\n\nStrong experience administering Google Workspace plus working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, MFA, identity and access management, and hardware security keys.\n\nPractical knowledge of endpoint protection, EDR, device hardening, and security incident escalation, ability to evaluate and implement controls with senior technical support\n\nExperience managing SaaS access throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, permission changes, and periodic access reviews.\n\nSolid networking fundamentals, including Wi-Fi, routers, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and general connectivity troubleshooting.\n\nBasic Python scripting and API experience for automating repetitive administrative tasks.\n\nStrong documentation and organizational skills.\n\nGood command of English and the ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical colleagues.\n\nBonus Points for:\nExperience working in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment.\n\nExperience supporting a globally distributed or remote-first workforce.\n\nExperience working closely with DevOps, infrastructure, or security teams.\n\nPrevious experience in iGaming, fintech, crypto, or another security-conscious industry.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is not just another job - it's your chance to make a meaningful impact in a hyper-growth tech company.
