This role will have a strong focus on technical sourcing, with additional responsibility for key recruiting operations and pre-employment activities.\nThe ideal candidate is someone who can build strong technical pipelines while keeping the recruiting process organized, accurate, and moving forward.\nResponsibilities\nTechnical Sourcing\nSource qualified technical candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, talent communities, and other channels.\nBuild and maintain targeted pipelines for, IT Support, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Networking and other technical positions.\nConduct proactive candidate outreach and initial qualification against role requirements.\nPartner closely with recruiters to understand hiring priorities and sourcing needs.\nMaintain active, up-to-date candidate pipelines and continuously refresh talent pools.\nTrack sourcing activity, candidate response rates, pipeline health, and conversion.\nIdentify new sourcing channels and creative approaches to reach hard-to-find technical talent.\nRecruiting & Offer Support\nPrepare and/or support the creation of offer letters and ensure required approvals and information are complete.\nCoordinate offer documentation and follow up with candidates as needed.\nInitiate and track background checks and reference checks.\nFollow up on outstanding pre-employment requirements and escalate issues or delays appropriately.\nMaintain accurate records and ensure all required documentation is completed before start date.\nSupport a smooth transition from accepted offer through onboarding.\nTalent Acquisition Operations\nMaintain accurate recruiting data and candidate records within the ATS.\nSupport recruiting reporting and pipeline tracking.\nEnsure recruiting processes and workflows are followed consistently.\nIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and reduce administrative friction.\nSupport the Talent Acquisition team with additional recruiting projects and initiatives as needed.\nRequirements\n2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, technical sourcing, recruiting coordination, or a similar role.\nProven experience sourcing technical talent.\nStrong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK/Jobstreet and other sourcing tools.\nExperience working with an ATS (Workable preferred).\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously.\nStrong follow-through and ownership.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\nAbility to work effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience recruiting for security, IT, data, infrastructure, systems or other technical roles.\nExperience with Workable or a similar ATS.\nExperience with Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.\nExperience supporting offer administration, background checks, and/or reference checks.\nExperience in a high-volume or rapidly scaling recruiting environment.\nFamiliarity with recruiting metrics and pipeline analytics.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nStrong, qualified technical pipelines are consistently available for priority roles.\nRecruiters receive a steady flow of qualified candidates without having to manage sourcing themselves.\nCandidate and ATS information is accurate and up to date.\nOffers, background checks, and reference checks move quickly and accurately.\nCandidates receive timely, professional communication throughout the process.\nRecruiting processes are followed consistently and improved as the team
