You will own execution from brief to deployment and work closely with marketing, creative, product, and analytics partners. This role is a fit for a scrappy, agile self-starter who takes full ownership of their work, communicates proactively, holds a high-quality bar, and turns campaign data into better decisions in a fast-paced environment.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nBuild and launch email, mobile push, and SMS campaigns, owning each one end to end: HTML coding, setup, audience selection, and deployment.\nCode emails in HTML templates (Sailthru), set up and send push campaigns (Sailthru) and SMS campaigns (Attentive).\nBuild and maintain lifecycle and automation workflows, and create and maintain audience lists and segments.\nProof and QA every campaign before launch to ensure flawless execution and member experience\nContribute to CRM channels A/B testing roadmap: build data-driven test hypotheses, run tests, and turn results into clear recommendations.\nAnalyze channel and campaign performance, provide actionable learnings, and recommend next steps\nHandle ad-hoc requests from the CRM team and other departments, and contribute ideas and learnings to the team.\nKeep current on best practices, tools, and industry trends to ensure we are maximizing effectiveness of the channels.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree.\n1 to 3 years of email marketing and email production experience.\n1 to 3 years of HTML experience in an ESP platform (Sailthru experience preferred).\nOwnership and follow-through: you take work from assignment to completion and drive issues and open items to resolution.\nA proactive, reliable communicator: you share status, flag risks or delays early, confirm when work is complete, and partner well across departments.\nResponsive and dependable with time-sensitive and launch-critical work, seeing it through to completion.\nSharp attention to detail and strong QA discipline across desktop and mobile.\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to form a hypothesis and a point of view from data and turn it into actionable recommendations.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.\nSelf-directed and comfortable with a steady flow of recurring requests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.\nBELONG TO A BETTER COMPANY\nComprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life and disability)\nCompetitive salary (DOE) + equity\n401k plan\n9 Observed Holidays\nFlexible Paid Time Off\nSubsidized ClassPass Membership with access to fitness classes and wellness and beauty experiences\nAbility to work in our beautiful office in Playa Vista\nFree Thrive Market membership with exclusive employee discount\nCoverage for Life Coaching & Therapy Sessions on our holistic mental health and well-being platform\nWe're a community of more than 1 Million + members who are united by a singular belief: It should be easy to find better products, support better brands, make better choices, and build a better world in the process.\nAt Thrive Market, we believe in building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic culture.
