You'll work across both FE and BE stacks, make technical decisions, and be accountable for what you ship.\nWe expect you to use AI coding tools as a core part of how you work. Past professional experience with PHP will be a plus, but not required.\nExpectations by Level:\nL3: Leads small projects. Mentors L1/L2. Improves the codebase proactively. Teaches effective AI workflows.\nL4: Technical authority for a domain. Drives cross-team projects. Sets team AI standards.
