# Advice Intergration Consultant

The future of financial Advice at Thrivent is a multi-year journey, and the number one priority in shaping how the company delivers value to its members through Advisors in the field.The Advice Integration Consultant is the primary subject matter expert on Purpose-based Advice - and engages across distribution and the enterprise to drive overall alignment, integration and adoption. This role will work directly with key field facing roles as well as those designing and delivering training and support to consult on key connection points to Thrivent’s Financial Planning framework and process. The Advice Integration Consultant will partner enterprise-wide to drive advice adoption and integration by ensuring relevant and impactful content is consistently communicated across the experience. This role will partner with Capacity Growth & Development on advisor and leader development deliverables, specifically ensuring the design and delivery of training is updated with the latest content and connects to the desired experience.
