# Sr Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager, Health Insurance & Claims is accountable for the strategy, health, evolution, and business outcomes of the Health Insurance and Claims product teams. This role provides product leadership across Disability Insurance, Medicare Supplement, and Long-Term Care servicing, as well as Health and Death Claims capabilities and experiences.This leader will ensure these products, processes, data, and supporting technology remain accurate, efficient, resilient, and positioned to meet the evolving needs of clients, advisors, and internal teams. The role will set product direction, prioritize investment, and partner across Operations, Technology, Actuarial, Legal, Compliance, and other Product teams to simplify experiences, reduce operational complexity, modernize capabilities, and deliver measurable business and client value. The role combines stewardship of critical insurance capabilities with forward-looking product leadership, balancing run-the-business health, regulatory and operational needs, modernization, and experience improvement.
