# UX/UI Designer

The UX/UI designer is a skilled, experienced member of the Thrivent Asset Management digital experience team who leads on all levels of discovery, design and delivery processes. You’ll provide direction and guidance over how our digital web and mobile experience is designed, both functionally and aesthetically, and play an active role in feedback and iteration throughout the life cycle. This role will simultaneously bring to life a blank canvas while also diving into user experience and designing details of new experiences. Job Duties and Responsibilities Create world-class, user-centered designs based on research, business needs, analytics & user feedback in an agile environment. Demonstrate experience participating in white-boarding sessions, design thinking and story mapping exercises. Design UX and interaction flows of responsive web and mobile experiences. Develop conceptual sketches, visual mockups, navigation flows, storyboards, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to form and communicate design ideas.
