You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:\nIndependently licensed and living in South Carolina - LISW-CP\nConsistently available to clients\nA behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children\nInvested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress\nConfident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools\nA good teammate - we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors\nKey Responsibilities\nProvision of supervision to a minimum of six (6) resident clinicians. Provision of weekly group supervision. Provision of individual supervision to each resident clinician for every 15 clinical hours. This would equate to a minimum of 7 hours/week for a supervisor, which varies depending on the Resident caseload size.\nWilling to maintain a clinical caseload of seeing clients with at least 10 hours of availability per week (not a supervision-only position)\nWillingness to provide documentation oversight\nCoaching on professional and clinical development of the resident clinician\nCompletion of weekly documentation as evidence of supervision sessions.\nCompletion of coaching documentation regarding any disciplinary or performance concerns.\nCollaboration with the Regional Clinical Director regarding any performance issues.\nSupervisor Requirements for LISW-CP in SC\nLISW-CP:\nBe a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Clinical Practice;\nhave successfully passed an examination prescribed by the board;\nhave a minimum of four thousand five hundred hours of clinical practice earned over not less than three years beyond receipt of a LISW-CP;\nhave obtained forty-five academic contact hours or forty-five continuing education contact hours in supervision.\nCompensation:\nFor Clinical Caseload: Clinician will receive Fee For Service rates with bonus potential (ex. 90837 could be $46.39to $53.81depending on caseload)\nFor Supervision: Provider will be compensated at a rate of fifty-four dollars and thirty-seven cents ($54.37) per Group Supervision session and seventy dollars and sixty-seven ($70.67) per Individual Supervision session. In the event that the 90837-session code compensation is greater than the individual supervision rate, the 90837 rate (vs code) will be used. Provider will receive a code to document their supervision hours, and will be required to complete recording documentation of such supervision.\nHow We Support You\nWe handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started.
