strategies for complex mainframe and distributed applications.\n\n- Validate COBOL, DB2, JCL, CICS, IMS, and batch processing workflows.\n\n- Develop automation frameworks for API, database, and integration testing.\n\n- Validate end-to-end business processes across mainframe and modernized applications.\n\n- Perform data reconciliation and database validation across multiple platforms.\n\n- Test inbound and outbound interfaces, file transfers, and EDI transactions.\n\n- Support release testing, production validation, and defect triage activities.\n\n- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, architects, and product teams.\n\n- Participate in automation initiatives to improve quality and testing efficiency.\n\n- Develop test data management and validation solutions for large-scale systems.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications : \n\nMainframe Technologies : \n\n- COBOL, DB2, JCL, CICS, VSAM, IMS (preferred)\n\nTesting & Automation : \n\n- Automation of APIs, databases, and integration layers.\n\n- Selenium, Rest Assured, Cucumber BDD, Postman, Service Virtualization tools.\n\nDatabase & Data Validation : \n\n- Advanced DB2 SQL skills, data migration and reconciliation testing.\n\nIntegration & Messaging : \n\n- MQ Series / IBM MQ, Kafka (preferred), file-based integrations, batch processing systems.\n\nPerformance & DevOps : \n\n- JMeter, Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Test Management tools.\n\nAgile Delivery : \n\n- Agile/Scrum environments, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n\nHealthcare Payer Experience : \n\n- Claims Processing, Membership & Enrollment, Benefits Configuration, Provider Management, Care Management, Pharmacy Benefits, EDI Transactions (834, 835, 837, 270/271),
