You will work closely with Creative, eCommerce, Digital Merchandising, and Analytics to build communications that deepen our relationship with the customer.\nYou Will\nBuild, schedule, and deploy email and SMS campaigns, including audiences, suppressions, personalization, links, and UTMs.\nOwn campaign QA, ensuring they render exactly as intended.\nSupport and optimize our automated lifecycle flows.\nManage the lifecycle calendar and the Asana workflow, securing inputs and surfacing risks early.\nPartner with Creative, Copy, Digital Merchandising, and Brand Strategy to keep briefs on schedule.\nSupport testing across creative, copy, offers, audiences, cadence, and personalization.\nContribute to list growth through email and SMS capture strategy and testing.\nDeliver recurring and ad hoc reporting, and translate the results into recommendations.\nMaintain our standards for documentation, templates, linking practices, and QA.\nThis Might Describe You\n2 to 4 years in lifecycle, email, CRM, or eCommerce marketing.\nExceptional attention to detail and organization. You manage deadlines and stakeholders without losing the thread.\nAn instinct for efficiency, including using AI to streamline your own workload.\nA methodical approach to quality assurance and full ownership of the accuracy of your work.\nClear communication and the judgment to raise risks before they become problems.\nEqual parts executor and problem solver. We will teach the craft.\nNice to have\nHands-on campaign building in Klaviyo or a comparable platform.\nA working understanding of segmentation, personalization, testing, deliverability, and
