This role is centered on bringing design vision to life. This is a hybrid role that will be in office 3 - 5 days a week.\nYou Will\nExecute end-to-end product development lifecycle for assigned categories, from concept through commercialization\nPartner closely with Design to bring concepts to life while maintaining brand intent, quality, and cost targets\nCollaborate with Sourcing to identify and engage the right manufacturing partners\nDrive development timelines, ensuring milestones are met and risks are flagged early\nSupport prototyping and iteration cycles to refine design, materials, and overall product experience\nManage day-to-day communication with vendors throughout the development process\nPartner with Sourcing on cost targets and value optimization without compromising design integrity\nHelp refine product specifications and documentation to support clear execution\nPartner with Sourcing and Compliance to ensure products meet regulatory and quality standards\nSupport pilot runs and ensure readiness for production\nPartner cross-functionally to ensure a smooth transition from development to production and launch\nIdentify opportunities to improve development processes, tools, and ways of working\nContribute to innovation in materials, finishes, and overall product experience\nSupport special projects and new category exploration\nReview vendor specifications, finishes and CAD drawings to confirm alignment with design intent\nAccess prototype quality and craftsmanship, create quality control summaries to share with manufacturing partners\nFlexibility to join evening calls with international manufacturing partners\nThis Might Describe You\n5+ years of experience in Product Development or related roles within furniture and home furnishings\nFamiliarity with CAD software and ability to review technical drawings\nStrong understanding of furniture materials, construction, and manufacturing processes\nProven ability to manage multiple product timelines in a fast-paced environment\nExperience working with domestic and international manufacturing partners\nStrong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach\nAbility to balance design intent with cost and production considerations\nExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills\nOutstanding project management skills: highly organized problem solver, detail-oriented and
