Internships and freelance work count.\nSolid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign at minimum.\nA strong eye for layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy. The fundamentals matter most.\nComfort working within brand guidelines and design systems, not just freestyling.\nFamiliarity with AI tools and an honest sense of where they help and where they do not.\nGenuine curiosity about design.
