You will help identify product and operational pain points, improve day-to-day insight consumption for internal teams, and contribute to a strong data informed culture across the company.\nYou will work closely with data engineers to design, build, and maintain analytical solutions for key internal stakeholders across different functions, that improves our productivity, business performance, and customer experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with stakeholders across the business to understand reporting, analysis, and insight needs, and translate them into effective analytical solutions.\nBuild a strong understanding of key business processes, product flows, operational challenges, and performance metrics.\nDesign, develop, and maintain production-grade dashboards, reports, and analytical assets using Tableau and other relevant tools.\nWrite production-level SQL and Python to support analytics, reporting, data transformation, and scalable insight delivery.\nWork closely with data engineering teams to ensure data sources are reliable, well-structured, and fit for analytical use.\nContribute to improving reporting standards, data definitions, and analytical best practices within the team.\nManage priorities effectively across requests, aligned with team direction and company priorities.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or another quantitative field.\n2-4 years of experience in a data, BI, analytics, or related role.\nStrong hands-on experience writing production-level SQL.\nStrong hands-on experience using Python for analysis, data processing, and analytical solution development.\nStrong expertise in Tableau, including dashboard development, data source design, performance optimisation, and Tableau Online administration and management.\nProven ability to work with complex datasets and turn business questions into structured, actionable analysis.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to move from stakeholder requests to practical data solutions.\nGood understanding of reporting design, data visualisation best practices, and how to present insights clearly for business users.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to data quality, accuracy, and reliability.\nAble to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in fintech, payments, financial services, or another fast-paced, data-rich environment.\nExperience supporting multiple business functions and balancing different stakeholder needs in a structured way.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to gather requirements, align expectations, and communicate clearly throughout delivery.\nDemonstrated business curiosity and a proactive approach to understanding how the business works beyond the data itself.\nStrong sense of ownership, with the ability to work independently and follow through from problem understanding to solution delivery.\nSound like you?
