We are a dynamic, fast-growing company and have an exciting opportunity for someone looking to embark on their next chapter.\nThis role is responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient organisation of hire equipment through the THX Ltd Warehouse.\nWorking Hours: 12.00pm - 10.00pm\nCurrently based in Bedford (MK44 3LH), but relocating in the new year to MK43 0YL.\nRequirements\nKey responsibilities:\n- Re-stocking hire equipment in the Warehouse and yard, ensuring they are done so safely and in the correct area within the yard for efficiency\n- Picking hire equipment ready for loading\n- Loading and unloading hire equipment\n- In-fleeting of new equipment, adding THX branding and fleet numbers, recording these correctly and setting them up in the THX system to enable pat-testing and in-house calibration\n- Ensuring all areas of the warehouse is kept clean and tidy and maintain an organised working environment\n- Clean hire equipment, including pressure washing\n- Rebranding new equipment with relevant THX stickers\n- Ensuring accurate records are kept using the computer-based system\n- Provide support to Warehouse, Workshop and Transport teams as and when required\nPerson specification:\nEssential\n- Previous hands-on experience of cleaning, organising and tidying in a busy warehouse role.\n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\n- Good attention to detail whilst going repetitive tasks.\n- A proactive and can-do attitude towards to tasks.\n- Strong time-management skills with the ability to work quickly and methodically\n- Supportive, motivated and reliable team-player.\n- Safety-first mindset.\n- Computer literate.\nDesirable\n- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety standards\n- Problem-solving skills\n- Valid FLT licence\nBenefits\nTHX Values: As a family-centred business, people are at the heart of everything we do.
