deployment, attendance, inspections, and performance.\n Prepare and submit regular operational reports on staffing, site conditions, supplies, and outstanding issues.\n Report staff misconduct, operational challenges, and service delivery concerns to management.\n Perform other duties related to janitorial operations as assigned by
