Together, we can revolutionize cancer care and make a difference that lasts a lifetime.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nAs a Director, Partnership Operations at Thyme Care, you’ll be responsible for driving business outcomes for partners by translating strategic goals into scalable operations that deliver measurable results, all while developing and managing relationships with health plans and risk-bearing entities.\nYou will:\nLead implementation and performance management for payer and risk-bearing partnerships from contract to maturity.\n\nServe as a strategic advisor to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and visibility across partner-specific workstreams.\n\nBuild data-backed insights and presentations for leadership and partner discussions, telling the story of partnership impact.\n\nIdentify and operationalize process improvements that enhance contract performance and scalability.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams - Product, Care Delivery, Data, Operations - to address challenges and deliver outcomes.\n\nOwn joint operating committees and business reviews, communicating progress, insights, and opportunities for deeper collaboration and partner expansion.\n\nThis role is ideal for a strategic operator - someone who can think big, move fast, and drive results with both structure and creativity.\nWHAT YOU’VE DONE\nYou bring a mix of strategic thinking and operational execution, with experience managing complex partnerships and working cross-functionally to turn ideas into measurable outcomes.\nQualifications\n6-10+ years in management consulting, strategy, or healthcare operations, ideally with payer, provider, or care delivery exposure.\n\nProven ability to analyze, structure, and execute high-impact projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.\n\nStrong communicator and presenter; skilled at synthesizing complex information into concise, executive-ready materials.\n\nConfident navigating ambiguity and influencing across teams.\n\nHands-on leader who takes ownership from problem to implementation.\n\nNice-to-Haves\nBackground in healthcare, care management, or value-based care.\n\nBlend of consulting and in-house experience in high-growth or startup settings.\n\nFamiliarity with performance metrics, financial modeling, or partner success management.\n\nWHAT LEADS TO SUCCESS\nAct with our members in mind. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Thyme Care employees. The base salary for this role is $178,500-$210,000. The salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired at another level.\nWe recognize a history of inequality in healthcare.
