The Director of Corporate Development will lead Thyme Care’s inorganic growth agenda, with a primary focus on acquisitions and investments. • Own analysis of complex deal mechanics and synthesize findings into board-ready materials that drive decisions

  • Help build the processes and infrastructure required for a disciplined and scalable corporate development function.

WHAT YOU’VE DONE

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 8+ years of experience across corporate development, investment banking, private equity, growth equity, management consulting, and/or strategic finance.

  • Meaningful experience evaluating or executing acquisitions, investments, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, or other complex transactions.

  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.

  • Experience developing investment theses, market maps, competitive landscapes, target screens, or strategic recommendations for senior executives.

  • A high degree of ownership and the ability to drive multiple opportunities forward in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.

  • Comfort leading diligence workstreams and coordinating cross-functional input from Finance, Legal, Product, Clinical, Operations, Growth, Data, and other internal teams.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity. You possess a proven track record of thriving in the dynamic and often unpredictable nature of a startup, particularly within the evolving health tech landscape. You embrace change and can adapt strategies as needed.

  • Expertise in Health Tech Business Development & Operations. Your deep understanding of the health tech market, including its unique challenges and opportunities, and your experience in building strategic partnerships and launching new initiatives, will be critical to your success.
