This includes implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs across all facilities.\nTeam and staff management: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of maintenance managers and technicians. Responsibilities include hiring, scheduling, performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.\nBudget and financial management: Develop, manage, and track the overall maintenance budget for the corporation. This includes identifying cost-saving opportunities, managing capital expenditure (CapEx) projects, and optimizing spending on parts and labor.\nVendor and contract management: Negotiate and manage service contracts with external vendors and contractors. Evaluate vendor performance and build relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality parts and services.\nCompliance and safety: Ensure all maintenance activities and facility operations comply with federal, state, and company health and safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
