Job Description
We’re seeking adriven and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales force in Brook Park, Ohio. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and fax
- Generate and follow up on product quotes

- Monitor inventory and communicate concerns to purchasing/management
- Resolve customer service issues with professionalism
- Continuously expand product and service knowledge
- Collaborate across departments to meet customer needs

Qualifications:
- 2 - 5 Years Inside Sales Experience (Metals, Materials, Manufacturing Experience Preferred)
- Computer Proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

- Effective verbal and written communication
- Familiarity with industrial products and services

$51,000+/year (Based on experience) + Monthly Incentive Compensation
