The architect ensures solutions are secure, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with enterprise architecture principles.Job Description\nKey Accountabilities:\nBusiness & Solution Strategy \nPartner with business and technology stakeholders to understand business goals, capabilities, and requirements.\nTranslate business needs into solution architectures, roadmaps, and business cases.\nAssess emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve business outcomes, agility, and cost effectiveness.\nProvide architectural guidance and thought leadership across strategic initiatives.\nSolution Architecture & Delivery\nLead architecture design for enterprise applications, integrations, data, cloud, and infrastructure solutions.\nDefine target-state architectures and transition roadmaps.\nEnsure solutions align with enterprise standards, security requirements, and operational objectives.\nIdentify architectural risks, technical debt, and improvement opportunities.\nSupport project teams throughout solution delivery and operational transition.\nPortfolio & Lifecycle Management\nMaintain visibility of assigned application and solution portfolios.\nEvaluate solution fit, modernization opportunities, lifecycle planning, and retirement decisions.\nDevelop recommendations that optimize value, reduce complexity, and improve technology sustainability.\nSupport architecture governance processes and investment planning activities.\nEnterprise Architecture & Governance\nParticipate in the Enterprise Architecture Council (EAC), Architecture Review Board (ARB) and related governance forums.\nDefine and enforce architecture principles, standards, patterns, and reference architectures.\nReview proposed solutions for alignment with enterprise strategy, security, compliance, and technology standards.\nContribute to the maturity and continuous improvement of the enterprise architecture practice.\nMeet TKMNA Employee Attributes / Competencies\nThe above is intended to describe the general content of and requirement for the performance of this job.
