Interacts with customers and external sources to; obtain and analyze data needed for credit limits and collections.Job Description\nKey Accountabilities:\nCredit Analysis & Risk ManagementReview credit applications, financial statements, trade references, and credit bureau reports.\nConduct financial and credit risk assessments for new and existing customers.\nResearch customer credit histories, payment trends, and industry risks.\nPrepare credit recommendations and support management approval decisions.\nMonitor customer credit profiles and identify emerging risks.\nAssist with the establishment and ongoing review of customer credit limits.\nMaintain compliance with company credit policies and risk management practices.\n\nCustomer Onboarding & Master Data Management\nSet up new customers within ERP and related business systems.\nMaintain accurate customer master data, including addresses, payment terms, tax status, organizational changes, and credit limits.\nEnsure customer records are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal controls.\nSupport customer onboarding activities and approval workflows.\nIdentify opportunities to improve data quality and customer setup processes.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance to support customer onboarding and credit-related matters.\nAssist with customer disputes and account resolution activities.\nProvide management with meaningful insights and recommendations through reporting and analysis.\nSupport the development and enhancement of credit and customer onboarding policies and procedures.\nParticipate in ERP and process improvement initiatives related to Order-to-Cash operations.\n\n Other Responsibilities\nThe duties listed above represent the primary functions of this position.
