The incumbent is expected to lead a team of HR generalists responsible for seamless delivery of time-bound project assignments and cyclical activities, lending core HR support to mid-level people leaders across India.\nKey responsibilities\nClient Partnership\nThis role partners with client-aligned Business Area HR Leaders (BHRLs) and other People Team Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure the HRCG delivers a distinctive, consistent, and scalable experience for people leaders and associates.\nEmployee Relations\nResponsible for overseeing the design, implementation and administration of employee relations programs, policies, and procedures in accordance with the organization's strategy.
