This role will be responsible for being a subject matter expert in our PAM suite including administration, advising on feature design, and maintaining availability and performance of the solution. This position will require an in-depth knowledge of secrets management including but not limited to vaulting, rotating, ephemeral accounts, and session management. In addition, this individual will serve as a mentor and resource to members of the IAM Operations team.\n Key Responsibilities and Duties\nDesign, maintain, and administer secrets vaulting solution with integrations across a complex environment.\nLead break/fix efforts on high priority issues with infrastructure, applications, platforms, and deployments.\nImplement automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and increase system reliability.\nMonitor application and infrastructure health using observability and monitoring tools to identify and resolve performance issues.\nAssist in implementing new integrations across servers and containers for both cloud and on-premise environments to bring new functionality to TIAA.\nConduct specialized privileged access management security audits to ensure compliance with financial industry regulations (SOX, GLBA, PCI-DSS) and collaborate with internal/external auditors to demonstrate control effectiveness.\nEducational Requirements\nUniversity (Degree) Preferred\nWork Experience\n5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred\nCareer Level\n8IC\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in information technology and/or cybersecurity\n3+ years of experience with Idira (CyberArk) products or similar privileged access management products.\n2+ years of experience with observability and monitoring tools\nPreferred Qualifications\nProficiency with cloud and container technologies\nStrong knowledge in how secrets management technologies integrate across multiple environments.\nScripting experience for various operating systems.\nAutomation leveraging Tines experiences preferred.\nRelated SkillsChange Control, Cloud Platforms, Configuration Management, Containerization, Continuous Integration and Deployment, Domain-Driven Design, Infrastructure as a Code, Monitoring/Logging Tools, Operating Systems Management, Problem Solving, Programming, Scripting LanguagesAnticipated Posting End Date:\n2026-10-23Base Pay Range: $128,000/yr - $179,000/yrActual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
