This job also conducts and reviews the testing of the current state of the EKM architecture and suggests improvement recommendations by gathering key insights found from stakeholder discussions, testing and analyzing the current systems and networks.\nKey Responsibilities and Duties\nAct as primary SME for one or more PKI/CLM/KMS systems\nAct as senior escalation point for complex EKM related incidents and problems.\nProvides engineering support for critical EKM systems and services including PKI/CLM/KMS application servers, automation workflows, HSMs.\nIdentifies opportunities for new CLM/KMS patterns and develops solutions to support the design.\nLead the design and implementation of secure, robust, supportable PKI/CLM/KMS\nLeveraging input from management, analyze new technology trends to inform EKM roadmap decisions\nCoaches, reviews and delegates work to lower level professionals to enhance their knowledge and performance related to information technology (IT) Security.\nFunctions as an internal information security consultant on the standards, complex issues and best practices for the organization.\nConducts testing and analysis of complex software systems to determine both the functionality and intent of the systems.\nCommunicates with cybersecurity risk and security operation teams to enhance the overall security posture of the enterprise.\nEducational Requirements\nBachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience Required \nWork Experience\n5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred\nPhysical Requirements\nPhysical Requirements: Sedentary Work\n Career Level\n9IC\nRequired:\n5+ years of professional information security experience.\n3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Certificate Life Cycle Management (CLM) or Key Management Systems (KMS)\nPreferred:\nExperience and comfort speaking with senior leadership and other business unit stakeholders\nExperience and comfort leading project workstreams and coordinating deliverables with more junior team members\nHands on experience implementing encryption at rest, in transit, and/or in memory\nFamiliar with cryptographic libraries and algorithms and Post Quantum Cryptography (PQC)\nExperience leading, designing, and implementing automated integration patterns for centrally managed tools\nFamiliar with PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python.\nfamiliar with CI/CD pipeline integration\nFamiliar with IT automation tools such as Salt, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Tines, Bigfix\nFamiliar with aligning process and standards to industry governing bodies such as NIST and NYDFS\nHands-on experience in implementing and supporting various security platforms (firewalls, proxy, DLP, SIEM, endpoint, vulnerability scanning, PKI, CLM, KMS, DoS prevention, MFA).\nPossess a solid understanding and experience of incident handling best practices.\nPossess CISSP certification.\nRelated SkillsAccountability, Adaptability, Business Continuity Planning, Cloud Computing Security, Collaboration, Communication, Compliance, Consultative Communication, Cybersecurity, Detail-Oriented, General Risk Management, Network Security, Prioritizes EffectivelyAnticipated Posting End Date:\n2026-11-06Base Pay Range: $160,000/yr - $210,000/yrActual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
