- Lead the team responsible for the customer experience domain, overseeing the development of the Tibber app and conversational assistant.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data counterparts to set the multi-quarter direction and roadmap for the domain, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Profil recherché

- Have at least 5 years of experience leading software engineering teams, ideally including leading around 10 engineers or more across multiple subteams
- Have owned a consumer-facing product surface, ideally a mobile app at scale
- You've led engineers into agentic development and have the results to show for it. You understand that the shift is as much about mindset as technology, combining new tools and workflows with helping people rethink how they work
- Have a strong engineering background: you have built and shipped software yourself and can hold a credible technical conversation about mobile/app architecture and modern AI-driven product experiences
- Care genuinely about people. You coach, give honest, caring feedback, and make difficult decisions when needed
