76მ ილია ჭავჭავაძის გამზირი\nსამუშაო განაკვეთი: სრული (ორშაბათი - პარასკევი)\nსამუშაო საათები: 09:30-18:30 (შესვენება 1 საათი)\nჩვენთან დასაქმების შემთხვევაში გთავაზობთ:\n· ჯანმრთელობის დაზღვევას;\n· დანაზოგის შექმნას საპენსიო ფონდისთვის;\n· თანამშრომლისთვის განკუთვნილ სპეციალურ შეთავაზებებს. \nძირითადი ფუნქცია-მოვალეობები: \n· პროგრამაში არსებული გარკვეული ფუნქციების მუშაობის მონიტორინგი;\n· მხარდაჭერის სისტემაში (Freshdesk) დავალების დაფიქსირების შემთხვევაში კონსულტაციის გაწევა, პრობლემის ჩამოყალიბება - დაფიქსირება შესაბამის გუნდთან და მისი მოგვარების ხარისხისა და ვადების კონტროლი;\n· ბიზნეს პროცესების შესწავლა პროგრამის ფუნქციებში უკეთ გარკვევის მიზნით;\n· დეველოპერებთან, IT გუნდის სხვა წევრებთან და მესამე მხარის მომსახურების მომწოდებლებთან კოორდინაცია;\n· პროგრამის ყოველი განახლებისას და ახალი მოდულის ექსპლუატაციაში ჩაშვების პროცესში ჩართულობა, შესაძლო ხარვეზების გამოვლენისა და გასწორების მიზნით;\n· სისტემის მომხმარებლების ტექნიკურ შეკითხვებზე შესაბამისი რეაგირება და მათთვის დეტალური ინსტრუქციების გაზიარება;\n· სისტემატურად სიახლეების გაცნობა და შესწავლა, შემდეგომი პროგრამული მხარდაჭერის გაწევის მიზნით;\n· პროგრამული უზრუნველყოფის ახალ ვერსიებზე ტესტირება და ადაპტაცია;\n· ხშირად განმეორებადი პრობლემებისთვის რეკომენდაციების მომზადება;\n· ტექნიკური მხარდაჭერის საკითხებზე დროული რეაგირება და საჭიროების შემთხევაში, სისტემის მომხმარებელთან პირდაპირი კომუნიკაცია პრობლემის დაზუსტების მიზნით (ტელეფონით ან სხვა შიდა საკომუნიკაციო არხების მეშვეობით).\nსაკვალიფიკაციო მოთხოვნები:\n· უმაღლესი განათლება ან დამამთავრებელი კურსის სტუდენტი (უპირატესობა მიენიჭება კომპიუტერული მეცნიერებების მიმართულებით მიღებულ განათლებას);
