(Debian/Ubuntu), and Kubernetes management.\n\nExperience in DevOps processes (CI/CD), container technologies, and network security.\n\nComprehensive knowledge of backup and disaster recovery plans (e.g., Veeam, Zabbix).\n\nExperience with PCI DSS and ISO 27001 compliance processes.\n\nStrong communication skills and team management capabilities.\n\nStrategic thinking ability to optimize technical and business processes.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\n\nParticipation in large-scale infrastructure projects.\n\nHolding cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM).\n\nResponsibilities:\nTeam Management:\nLead the IT team (system administrators, network administrators, DevOps engineers, security specialists, etc.).\n\nProvide training and mentorship to evaluate and improve the performance of the current team.\n\nIdentify team needs and manage recruitment processes.\n\nStrategic Planning:\nDevelop short and long-term strategic plans for IT infrastructure growth needs.\n\nResearch new technologies and tools and integrate them into existing systems.\n\nSystem Management:\nEnsure the seamless operation of all systems (physical, virtual, and Kubernetes-based).\n\nMonitor system performance and lead improvement processes.\n\nOversee the implementation of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.\n\nCompliance and Security:\nEnsure and audit compliance with PCI DSS Service Provider Level 1 and ISO 27001 requirements.\n\nDevelop and implement policies to reduce cybersecurity risks.\n\nOperational Management:\nOptimize processes to provide uninterrupted service in accordance with SLAs.\n\nPlan the IT budget and manage costs effectively.\n\nPrepare regular reports on all
