Experience with monitoring platforms like Zabbix. Use tools like SCCM, SCOM, Manage Engine, and Zabbix for system monitoring and upgrades.\n\nPerformance-Driven: Monitor and optimize the performance of on-premises environments, develop backup and upgrade strategies. Resolve issues in production environments and provide 24/7 support for critical systems.\n\nAnalytical Mindset: Analytical Thinking, ability to resolve complex production issues in critical environments.\n\nTesting & Optimization: Automation and Scripting: Deploy and manage endpoint security solutions such as antivirus and anti-spam tools. Develop and implement automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to simplify system management tasks, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual interventions.\n\nAnalysis: IT Infrastructure Modernization, Collaborate with teams to design and implement modern IT solutions aligned with industry best practices.
