In addition, you will provide support and work closely with the Line Manager.\nThis dynamic and fast-paced role is for someone who likes working with numbers, is able to work independently as well as a team to meet monthly deadlines, and has a genuine desire to learn about the business.\nThis position will be responsible for the AP and AR functions and other allocated weekly and monthly duties including but not limited to cash count, updating of tracking worksheets, settlement duties with Clients, Venues and Outlets, and sales data reporting.\nOther duties include administrative matters as requested by the Line Manager / Department Head.\nWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING\nResponsibilities and Key Result Areas\nAssists with sales reconciliation\nAssist with sale receipting - ensure all payments have been settled to TM on a daily basis from payment providers\nEnsure weekly supplier payments are promptly processed with appropriate approvals, and duly authorized\nFrom time to time assist in preparation of Event Settlement report\nEnsure quality of work is not compromised\nLead and adhere to Live Nation/Ticketmaster audit and policy requirements across the business and finance team.\nPrimary Duties\nPerform sales reconciliation of previous day’s sales\nResponsible for weekly, monthly and ad-hoc payments\nWork closely with Outlets and confirms weekly sales reconciliation\nDaily update of Cashbook\nPeriodic update of system according to event pipelines\nProvide weekly and month end cash balance reports\nPrepare month end closing within the required timeline set by the parent company to insure consolidation\nWork closely and provide support to Line Manager\nOther tasks as required, inclusive but not limited to Accounting and Finance Operations support\nWHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)\nProficiency in English is highly desirable for this position.\nA degree in finance related subject\nGood time management skills\nSkilled in the use of Microsoft Office\nSkilled in the use of finance systems will be good to have\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapid changing environment, whilst managing stress and meeting deadlines under flexible working arrangements.\nHigh attention to detail\nSolid Communication skills\nMust be reliable and punctual\nProblem solve and investigate reconciling variances\nLIFE AT TICKETMASTER\nWe are proud to be a part of Live Nation Entertainment, the world’s largest live entertainment company.\nOur vision at Ticketmaster is to connect people around the world to the live events they love.
