Job Summary:

JOB DESCRIPTION - SENIOR OFFICE MANAGER

Location: Berlin

Division: Office Management

Line Manager: VP, Germany & Austria

Contract Terms: Permanent, Full-Time 40 hours per week

THE TEAM

Office Management keeps Ticketmaster Germany running - creating safe, welcoming and well-organised workplaces for our people and visitors. Our beautiful new office by the river in central Berlin is at the heart of it. A modern space where teams can connect, collaborate and do their best work.

THE JOB

As Senior Office Manager, you’ll lead the Office Management team and take ownership of our German offices-from day-to-day facilities to workplace safety, budgets and the employee experience. You’ll report to the VP Germany & Austria, work closely with HR, Finance and IT, and support our Austrian office with advice and best practices. Ticketmaster is part of Live Nation Entertainment, the world’s leading live entertainment company. We help make unforgettable live experiences happen for artists and fans.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead, support and develop the Office Management team.
  • Keep all German offices running smoothly-managing facilities, supplies, meeting rooms, mail, travel and service partners.
  • Be the go-to person for landlords, building management, contractors and suppliers.
  • Improve how we work: from office processes and service standards to hybrid working, desk booking and space planning.
  • Own the office and facilities budget, contracts, invoices and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Take the lead on fire safety, health & safety and workplace compliance, including risk assessments, evacuation drills, first-aider and fire warden training, inspections and documentation.
  • Manage building access, visitor processes, emergency plans and office data-protection basics.
  • Create great joiner and leaver experiences, from ready-to-go workstations to smooth access handovers.
  • Help bring our culture to life through team events, internal catering, wellbeing initiatives and clear office communications.
  • Drive practical sustainability improvements across energy, waste and purchasing.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership, ideal for someone who loves making workplaces work better for everyone.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

  • Fluent German and English, written and spoken
  • Several years of experience in Office or Facilities Management, ideally across multiple sites; first experience in supervising or mentoring team members
  • Solid knowledge of German workplace and fire safety regulations (ArbSchG, ArbStättV, DGUV); certified fire warden and/or first aider is a plus, willingness to obtain is a must
  • Experience in managing budgets, vendors, contracts and travel processes; confident with MS Office / Google Workspace and modern workplace tools (e.g. desk booking, ticketing systems)
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills; high level of discretion

YOU (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS)

  • Leadership - You lead by example, give clear direction and enjoy developing others.
  • Accountability - You take ownership of your area, make decisions and see things through.
  • Proactive - You spot risks and improvement opportunities before others do and act on them.
  • Discretion - You handle sensitive information and stakeholders at all levels with tact and reliability.
  • Flexible & service-minded - You stay calm and solution-oriented when priorities shift, and always keep people safe and welcome.
  • Teamworking - You work closely with your team and other departments and recognise when help is needed.
