We collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Client Services teams to visually bring live event environments to life and ensure Ticketmaster maintains its leadership in innovative, world-class venue technologies.\nTHE JOB\nAs a Designer 3 (3D), you will play a key role in producing detailed, accurate, and visually compelling 3D stadium models for use across Ticketmaster’s platforms and client engagements. You will contribute to the creation of architectural environments that enable fans and clients to explore venues with clarity, realism, and ease.\nThis role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical proficiency in 3D modelling with an architectural mindset, an eye for design, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced production environment. As Ticketmaster continues to expand its suite of 3D visualization products globally, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team that shapes the way millions of fans interact with live events digitally.\nWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING\nModel 3D stadiums and venue structures in 3ds Max to create accurate architectural visuals.\nBuild and optimize poly models to ensure clean geometry and efficient performance.\nUse V-Ray to set up lighting and rendering for high-quality outputs.\nCreate and edit textures using Photoshop to enhance visual quality.\nWork with plugins such as Rail Clone and Forest Pack to speed up modelling and environment creation.\nFollow project naming conventions and file structures to keep assets organized and easy to track.\nExport and prepare files in correct formats for internal use and integration with other teams.\nUse basic 3ds Max scripting (when needed) to automate tasks and improve workflow efficiency.\nReview models and renders and make updates based on feedback to meet quality standards.\nWork closely with team members and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.\nMaintain documentation for assets, processes, and updates.\nSupport continuous improvement by sharing ideas for better tools, processes, and techniques.\nWHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)\nStrong hands-on experience with 3ds Max for architectural and poly modelling.\nProficiency in V-Ray for lighting, shading, and high-quality rendering.\nSolid working knowledge of Photoshop for texture creation and post-production.\nExperience using Rail Clone and Forest Pack for procedural and environment modelling.\nUnderstanding of AutoCAD drawings and ability to interpret architectural plans.\nGood understanding of 3D file formats, conversions, and optimization workflows.\nFamiliarity with 3ds Max scripting (Max Script) to automate tasks is a strong advantage.\nAbility to maintain clean project structures, naming conventions, and organized asset files.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.\n2-4 years of professional experience in 3D design, architectural visualization, or related fields; a degree/diploma in Architecture, Animation, or Design is preferred but not mandatory with a strong portfolio.\nYOU (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS)\nWork collaboratively with colleagues across design, engineering, and product teams to deliver shared goals.\nDemonstrate reliability by consistently meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality outputs.\nShow integrity by taking ownership of work and maintaining high ethical standards in all interactions.\nProactively communicate progress, challenges, and ideas to improve workflows.\nStay adaptable and open to feedback in a fast-moving production environment.\nChampion inclusion by fostering a respectful, supportive, and approachable working style.\nMaintain a passion for creativity and innovation that enhances Ticketmaster’s visual experiences.
