We still work in a creative, open, and no-BS way, close to the artists, promoters, and audiences who make culture happen every day.\n💚Your roleWe are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us automate infrastructure and deployments, improve observability and keep our systems stable, secure and ready for peak demand. Alongside core DevOps work, you will also contribute to internal system integrations, access management and technical support for selected event solutions.\nThis role suits someone who enjoys removing manual work, finding the root cause of problems and creating solutions that make life easier for both engineering and operations teams in the long term.\n\nWhat you’ll do:\nAutomation and infrastructure\nBuild, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for development, staging and production environments.\n\nAutomate provisioning, configuration and deployment using Infrastructure as Code and minimise manual intervention.\n\nStandardise environments and workflows so they are reproducible, secure and easy to scale.\n\nReliability, observability and incidents\nDevelop monitoring, logging, tracing, dashboards and alerting for critical services.\n\nSupport incident response, perform root cause analysis and turn findings into concrete fixes and preventive improvements.\n\nDefine and maintain SLOs and improve the availability, resilience and performance of infrastructure and applications.\n\nSecurity and collaboration\nEmbed security checks into CI/CD and ensure secure infrastructure configuration, secrets handling and compliance with internal standards.\n\nWork with engineering teams on release processes, branching strategies and DevOps best practices.\n\nDocument technical solutions and share knowledge across technical and non-technical teams.\n\nWho we're looking for:\nAt least 2–4 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, system administration or a related technical role.\n\nStrong Linux skills and hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Github Actions or FluxCD.\n\nExperience automating infrastructure and configuration using Ansible and Terraform.\n\nHands-on observability experience, particularly with Grafana and Prometheus, plus an understanding of logging, tracing and OpenTelemetry.\n\nA solid understanding of availability, networking, secure configuration and incident management principles.\n\nThe ability to prioritise effectively when long-term improvements and urgent operational requests compete for attention.\n\nClear technical documentation and communication skills with both engineers and non-technical colleagues.\n\nEnglish at B2 level or above.\n\nWhat we’re looking for: MUST \nAt least 2–4 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, system administration or a related technical role.\n\nStrong Linux skills and hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Github Actions or FluxCD.\n\nExperience automating infrastructure and configuration using Ansible and Terraform.\n\nHands-on observability experience, particularly with Grafana and Prometheus, plus an understanding of logging, tracing and OpenTelemetry.\n\nA solid understanding of availability, networking, secure configuration and incident management principles.\n\nThe ability to prioritise effectively when long-term improvements and urgent operational requests compete for attention.\n\nClear technical documentation and communication skills with both engineers and non-technical colleagues.\n\nEnglish at B2 level or above.\n\nTechnologies and tools\nGrafana, Prometheus, Mimir and OpenTelemetry.\n\nAnsible;
