You’ll act as an internal consultant - understanding business challenges, proposing intelligent automation solutions, and deploying AI agents that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.\nThis role blends technical expertise in AI and automation with strategic thinking and business understanding. It requires a high degree of autonomy and initiative. You will be expected to work independently, proactively identify opportunities, and drive solutions end-to-end with minimal supervision while collaborating with stakeholders as needed.\nWhat does the role look like?\nPartner with business departments to identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities.\nDesign and prototype AI agentic workflows using modern frameworks and LLM-based tools.\nDevelop, integrate, and deploy AI agents capable of handling varied business tasks (e.g., reporting, customer communication, data processing, or internal operations).\nEvaluate and benchmark AI models, frameworks, and tools to select optimal solutions.\nEstablish best practices for prompt engineering, context management, and workflow orchestration.\nWork closely with engineering teams to ensure robust system integration, data privacy, and compliance.\nCreate technical documentation, user training, and playbooks for deployed AI automations.\nMonitor system performance and continuously refine agent behaviors and models.\nWhat do you need to succeed in this role?\nProven experience in building or integrating AI systems, intelligent agents, or automation frameworks.\nExperience with Forex / FinTech or other similar companies supporting Sales, Marketing and Finance teams with AI.\nStrong understanding of LLMs, vector databases, and agent architecture (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom agentic frameworks).\nProgramming skills in Python and familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.\nAbility to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate them clearly.\nFamiliarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and enterprise integrations in general.\nExperience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), chains, and memory management in AI systems.\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.\nWill be considered as a plus:\nBackground in machine learning, NLP, or process automation.\nExperience with tools such as CLAW to support Data teams\nExperience deploying production-level agentic systems or AI copilots.\nExposure to enterprise workflow automation tools (Jira, HubSpot,
