Join the Tigers!\nWhat does the job look like?\nThe Junior Compliance & AML Officerwill have the opportunity to:\nMonitor the activities of the Company's, including websites, customer communications, live chats, marketing materials, and operational processes, to identify and address potential compliance issues.\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and provide practical compliance advice and guidance to internal departments.\nSupport client onboarding by conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) screening, due diligence, and risk assessments.\nReview and investigate alerts relating to potentially suspicious activity and escalate cases to the Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer (AMLCO), where appropriate.\nAssist in developing, reviewing, and maintaining internal compliance policies and procedures, including the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Manual.\nAssist with regulatory enquiries and requests, internal audits, and ad hoc compliance reviews across the Group.\nSupport the delivery of staff training and provide guidance on AML/CFT risks, obligations, and awareness.\nProvide ongoing day-to-day compliance support to internal stakeholders, ensuring a sound understanding of applicable regulatory obligations and best practices.\nPerform any other ad hoc compliance and AML-related duties as assigned by the Head of Compliance or Senior Management.\nWhat will you need to be able to do the job?\nAcademic background in Law, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.\nAt least one year of relevant professional experience is required.\nCySEC certification will be considered an advantage.
