Join the Tigers!\nWhat does the role look like?\nTheProject Managerwill have the opportunity to:\nEnsure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and allocated resources.\nAssist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.\nCoordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution.\nManage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.\nPerform risk management to minimize project risks.\nMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies.\nReport and escalate issues to management as required.\nManage relationships with clients and key stakeholders.\nEstablish and maintain strong partnerships with third-party vendors.\nContribute to drafting new and improving existing PMO policies and processes.\nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation.\nPrepare and deliver clear presentations and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.\nMaintain a solution-oriented mindset, continuously seeking opportunities to optimize processes and improve delivery efficiency.\nWhat do you need to succeed in this role?\nMinimum of 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager, with strong IT/technology delivery experience.\nExperience in FinTech or Financial Services is considered an advantage.\nExcellent command of the English language.\nPRINCE2 or PMI PMP certification is considered an advantage.\nStrong knowledge and practical application of Agile methodologies across complex projects.\nProven experience managing third-party suppliers and partners.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nSolid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.\nExperience with Jira and
