look like?\nTranslate complex user needs and business goals into clear, intuitive product experiences across web and mobile applications.\nDevelop user flows, interaction models, wireframes, and polished visual designs that support seamless and engaging experiences.\nBuild and iterate on interactive prototypes to test and communicate design ideas effectively.\nCreate and maintain consistent design systems and reusable UI components to ensure scalability and coherence across products.\nCollaborate closely with Product team, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is carried through to implementation.\nProvide design leadership across product initiatives, helping define UX strategy and ensuring a consistent user experience across the product portfolio.\nFacilitate design reviews and cross-functional discussions to align teams and drive decision-making.\nMentor and support team members, promoting design best practices, providing constructive feedback and helping initiatives simultaneously, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat do you need to succeed in this role?\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions effectively in English.\nProven track record of creating user-centric designs that drive engagement, conversion, and measurable business outcomes.\n5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, with experience leading complex design initiatives.\nStrong experience in:Creating and analyzing user personas, customer journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.\nBuilding user flows, translating requirements into design solutions, and working closely with Product and Engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.\nConducting user research, usability testing, and applying data-driven insights to improve product experiences.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma preferred; experience with other design tools is a plus).\nSolid front-end development experience with the ability to prototype, validate and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.\nPrevious experience designing and delivering mobile-first and responsive web experiences.\nStrong interest in AI-powered product development and experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, content generation, and design workflows.\nAbility to help establish and drive AI-enabled design practices within the Product Design team, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and innovation through AI.\nExperience creating and maintaining scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.\nAbility to mentor other designers and contribute
