These opportunities range from chitosan-based chemical programs to complex, multi-equipment solutions that may include $1-5M+ in capital investment tied to long-term contracts.\nAs Cesco continues to scale-alongside rapid expansion of its field sales and technical organization-the company requires enhanced financial rigor to evaluate, structure, and track these opportunities. The Finance Project Manager will play a critical role in supporting this growth by providing detailed financial analysis across the full lifecycle of projects, from proposal through execution.\nThis role will focus on project-based financial modeling, deal support, and post-implementation tracking, ensuring disciplined decision-making across multiple complex contracts expected over the next 12 months.\nAbout Tidal Vision’s Unique Work Culture:\nTidal Vision strives to build and invest in the highest performing and most innovative team. With this approach, we believe we can create a more flexible, fun, stimulating, creative, collaborative, and innovative organization.\nEssential Job Functions:\nAnalyze and model financial performance of wastewater treatment projects, including cost-per-gallon and fixed-fee structures. \nDevelop detailed financial models incorporating CAPEX investment, cash flows, amortization schedules, and input costs. \nPartner with commercial, technical, and operations teams to support pricing strategy and deal structuring. \nEvaluate projects during the design and proposal phase to ensure financial viability and alignment with company objectives. \nTrack project performance post-implementation, including actual vs. forecasted financial outcomes. \nIdentify variances in cost, margin, and performance, and recommend corrective actions. \nSupport forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline analysis related to project-based revenue. \nCollaborate cross-functionally to translate technical project inputs into financial insights. \nPlay a role in supporting ERP/CRM initiatives. \nAssist leadership in prioritizing opportunities and allocating capital effectively. \nHelp build scalable financial processes and frameworks to support rapid organizational growth. \nBasic Qualifications:\n5+ years of experience in finance, project finance, or similar roles. \n3+ years experience in manufacturing/industrial/engineering environments. \nExperience modeling capital-intensive projects and long-term contracts. \nStrong understanding of cash flow modeling, CAPEX vs. OPEX structures, and pricing strategies. \nAdvanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools. \nExperience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. \nAbility to operate independently and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. \nMBA and/or PMP (Preferred). \nWorking Conditions and Physical Requirements:\nMinimal travel required (as needed for key meetings or project support).
