This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values precision, and is mechanically inclined.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMust operate and work within our Mission Driven Culture Core Values and Principles and encourage others to do the same.\nAssisting in the building of our production facilities from the ground up. \nPulling, preparing, and staging parts and equipment for system builds.\nAbility to read, understand, and work from basic CAD drawings including construction documents, wiring diagrams, and plumbing schematics.\nIndustrial equipment operation, such as forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, etc.\nUtilizing FCAW, GMAW and TIG welding processes frequently.\nTraveling to different sites on an as-needed basis. \nBasic Qualifications:\n2+ years of experience in a shop or warehouse atmosphere, or as a machinist, welder, or fabricator.\nFamiliar with PVC and metal work, such as: welding, fitting, and assembly.\nKnowledge of FCAW, GMAW and TIG welding processes.\nExperience with safe use and operation of a variety of hand and powered tools and equipment.\nExperience with safe manufacturing practices in a production/shop environment.\nBasic computer proficiency, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email.\nMust be able to effectively interface with customers and vendors in a fast-paced environment.\nMust be a team player and help where needed, yet motivated to work independently, in a fast-paced environment.\nMust be open to up to 25% of travel when needed.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrevious experience working in construction. \nExperience with rigging.\nExisting/current forklift certification a plus.\nCDL or Chauffeur license is a plus. \nBasic electrical knowledge is a plus.\nLicensing & Special Requirements:\nValid Driver's license.\nSubject to a criminal background check and drug screening.\nMust be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.\nCDL or Chauffeur license is a plus.\nWorking Conditions:\nMost of the work will be performed in a warehouse/shop setting or at a desk.
