The position is responsible for leading all people and functions at the assigned location to create safe and quality products for Tidal Vision. Including retrieving, weighing, handling mixing chemical ingredients and packaging of product; monitoring equipment during the chemical process; repairing machinery if problems arise; accurately recording information about equipment, process, quality and inventory control; and assisting in\nUpdated: March 2026 Page 1\nthe planning and improvement of processes or products, including conducting QA/QC testing and documenting results.\nThe Site Supervisor is also responsible for proactively communicating status to headquarters, as well as building strong working relationships with the partnership team at our Iowa satellite location.\nAll personnel at the assigned location will report to the Site Supervisor unless otherwise stated.\nDuties may also include loading and unloading trucks and managing warehouse inventory on an as-needed basis.\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:\nMust operate and work within our Mission Driven Culture Core Values and Principles and encourage others to do the same.\nResponsible for the safety program and driving improvements there within; as well as reports accidents, safety violations, or other concerns.\nResponsible for scheduling and running of the Production Line.\nResponsible for Inventory and Inventory control of the Iowa location.\nSupporting QA/QC testing or documenting results.\nResponsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement.\nResponsible for training of personnel as required.\nResponsible for maintenance of equipment and cleanliness of the Production Line.\nStores, retrieves, mixes, and monitors chemicals used in the production process.\nAccurately records information, such as ingredients, weights, and temperature, and inputting into a database.\nDemonstrates a high level of attention to detail and quality work.\nDemonstrates initiative with the ability to perform daily duties with little oversight.\nTroubleshoots issues with production equipment and processes.\nObserves all company, local, state, and federal safety and quality regulations.\nAssists in planning and improving processes and product quality.\nMeets physical requirements of the position, including walking, standing, or sitting\nfor extended periods, lifting heavy objects, climbing, crouching, operating tools, and wearing safety gear.\nAbility to operate a forklift safely and effectively.\nLoads and unloads trucks utilizing forklift or other equipment.\nMaintains warehouse inventory in a safe, organized manner.\nPrepares and completes shipping, receiving and inventory tasks as required.\nOTHER JOB FUNCTIONS\nAttends staff meetings, training or other company events as requested.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n4+ years of experience in a leadership role.\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nMechanical aptitude.\nExperience with Lean methodologies.\nExperience with inventory management.\nMust have Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite experience.\nDesire to work with team members to improve processes and product quality in a physically demanding environment.\nMandatory compliance with safety and quality regulations, including wearing protective gear and safety operating all equipment.\nFamiliarity with safe handling practices regarding hazardous materials.\nPreferred Experience:\nAdditional relevant education (i.e. Technical College).\nForklift certification.\nLicensing & Special Requirements\nMust possess a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and a clean driving record.\nIncumbent is subject to a criminal background check.\nWORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nMost of the work is performed in a warehouse setting but will require occasional time at a desk.
