With this approach, we believe we can create a more flexible, fun, stimulating, creative, collaborative, and innovative organization.\nJob Summary:\nThe position involves commissioning equipment at customer sites, ensuring systems run effectively, and supporting ongoing optimization of Cesco’s chemical treatment programs in heavy industrial environments.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and customers to establish treatment programs, collect and interpret performance data, and make informed, data-driven adjustments to improve system outcomes. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role serves as a key link between operations, customers, and the technical and commercial teams.\nThis position requires some flexibility, as work may occur outside of standard business hours depending on project and customer needs.\nEssential Job Functions:\nSet up, commission, and operate proprietary Cesco wastewater treatment systems at customer sites \nPerform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of pilot equipment, pumps, feed systems, controls, and related components \nSupport installation and startup of treatment equipment and chemical feed systems in heavy industrial environments \nCollect, record, and analyze operational and performance data from pilot and full-scale systems \nUse data to make informed, real-time adjustments to chemical programs and system operation to optimize performance \nAssist in establishing and maintaining customer accounts for Cesco \nDocument system performance, service activities, and site conditions through service reports and internal communication \nEnsure equipment and site work are completed safely and in compliance with customer and company safety standards \nBasic Qualifications:\n5+ years of technical experience in water treatment \n5+ years experience with plumbing and electrical, general mechanical skills \nMust be able to communicate effectively \nMust have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. \nMust be able to work outside of standard operating hours as needed.\nWorking Conditions and Physical Requirements:\nThis role will require the ability to move, stand, sit, bend, lift, and turn freely. Must be able to handle tools and operate equipment while always using proper PPE.
