The team operates in a cloud-native environment, with Google Workspace at the core, and supports a large, globally distributed workforce. The focus is on enabling the business through reliable, secure access to a wide range of SaaS platforms, while continuously improving how services are delivered as the organisation scales.\n\nAbout The Role\n\nAs a Workplace Technology Engineer, you'll be a hands-on engineer looking after the platforms and devices Tideans use every day. You'll work closely with the rest of the team to implement, operate, maintain and improve our core IT platforms by focusing on Configuration as a Code framework.\n\nYou Will\n\nOperate and improve our core IT platforms. You'll handle day-to-day configuration, changes and troubleshooting, and deliver improvements within agreed standards and designs.\nManage our device fleet end to end. That covers provisioning, compliance, patching and retirement of Mac and Windows devices, with a focus on a smooth experience for employees.\nApply our security controls. You'll roll out and maintain device trust, DLP and web security policies in partnership with InfoSec, and help troubleshoot when they affect users.\nSupport onboarding and offboarding.
