The Treasury team mission is to optimise the company's financial resources and investment, manage financial risks, ensure robust liquidity and effective cash management and comprehensive treasury operations.\nMoreover the team collaborates closely with the product and business team to align financial strategies with business objectives. By contributing to impactful financial decisions, the Treasury team aims to enable sustainable success and growth.\nABOUT THE ROLE: \nAs a Treasury Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in the team to maintain our financial health, ensure efficient treasury operations, and drive our growth. Your responsibilities will include:\nCash & Liquidity management:\nManage and monitor wholesale credit limits to ensure adequate liquidity for operations minimising counterparty risk.\nCarry out short term cash flow forecasting and actuals variance analysis across Group accounts \nCollaborate with counterparts on implementation of a Treasury Management System including documenting requirements, design and testing\nEvaluate capital requirements, manage FX and optimize returns for short term investments.\n Managing relationships with partner banks:\nPartner with internal and external stakeholders on the Know Your Customer (KYC) and account management processes.\nEnsure all banking relationships comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.\nPayments/transfers execution and collateral management:\nManage payment and transfer activities.\nEnsure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant policies.\nManage collateral requirements, including monitoring collateral positions.\n Setup and maintain policies, processes, and procedures:\nIdentify and implement improvements to ensure efficient processes for Treasury Operations.\nUpdate procedural documentation where required in line with changing regulations and business needs \nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: \nTide is seeking an experienced and motivated Treasury Manager.
