This individual will lead high-impact engineering initiatives, work closely with onshore stakeholders, and drive delivery excellence across offshore teams.\n\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader, an effective communicator, and a proactive, go-getter personality who takes ownership, drives clarity, and delivers results in a fast-paced environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Lead and manage cross-functional engineering teams delivering AI-enabled and data-driven solutions.\n\n- Act as a bridge between onshore business/technology stakeholders and offshore delivery teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and execution.\n\n- Provide technical leadership in areas such as AI/ML solutions, automation, cloud-native architectures, APIs, and modern SDLC practices.\n\n- Lead end-to-end AI based software delivery, covering design, development, integration, deployment, and ongoing optimization of AI-enabled solutions.\n\n- Own delivery outcomes including planning, execution, risk management, quality, and timelines.\n\n- Translate business requirements into clear technical designs and execution plans.\n\n- Review architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices; ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.\n\n- Drive adoption of AI capabilities (e.g., ML models, GenAI, intelligent automation) in engineering solutions where applicable.\n\n- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; escalate with solutions, not just problems.\n\n- Mentor and grow engineers and leads; foster a high-ownership, high-performance culture.\n\n- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure end-to-end delivery.\n\nLeadership & Behavioural Expectations:\n\n- Highly proactive and execution-driven;
